Reliable delivery is just as important to our customers as product choice and quality. We have our own fleet of delivery vehicles, including some with integral offload facilities, which we use to make both local deliveries and deliveries into surrounding counties in relation to our depot locations. Below is our essential delivery information you need to know:
Delivery Locations
We offer delivery to both residential and commercial addresses, covering a range of approximately 50 miles from the delivering depot. Please contact us if you are outside of our areas detailed in the delivery charges section to discuss delivery schedules and costs. You are also welcome to arrange your own transport and collect from us.
Delivery Lead Time
- Standard Delivery: Typically, deliveries are made within 7 business days from the time of order confirmation, but please be aware that this could be extended during busier periods.
- Expedited Delivery: For urgent orders, we can offer expedited delivery. Please contact us to arrange this service, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
- Custom Orders: Delivery for custom timber or special orders may take up to 6-8 weeks (approximately), depending on the size and specifications.
Delivery Charges
- Delivery charges are calculated based on the delivery location of your order. You will be provided with an estimate of delivery costs at checkout. Please get in contact to find out our delivery charge for your area.
- Orders over £1000.00 may qualify for free delivery. Please contact us if you’d like more information regarding this.
Delivery Process
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with estimated delivery details.
- Scheduling: Our delivery team will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time. You can request specific delivery days or times during this scheduling process. If you believe you may not be in at the time of delivery, please let us know of a safe place to leave your items. However, once the goods have been delivered to you, ownership and any liabilities from ownership transfer to you.
- Delivery Day: On the day of delivery, our team will notify you with an estimated arrival window.
- Unloading: Our delivery drivers will aid with the unloading of timber at your property. Please ensure someone is available to assist with receiving the materials.
Important Considerations
- Access Requirements: Please ensure that the delivery area is accessible for a large vehicle (e.g., a lorry) to avoid delays. Please note that all our deliveries are based on kerbside only. If there are any access issues, please let a member of the team know so we can accommodate your requirements where suitable.
- Damages: While we take great care in packaging and delivering your timber, if you notice any damage upon delivery, please notify the driver immediately and follow up with our sales team.
- Product Acceptance: By signing for the delivery, you confirm that the order has been delivered in good condition.

Return Policy
In case of any delivery issues, including damaged or incorrect items, please reach out to our customer service team within 3 days to initiate a return or exchange.
