Delivery Information

Reliable delivery is just as important to our customers as product choice and quality - you need to know your products will be there when you need them. Batsford Timber has its own fleet of delivery vehicles, including some with integral offload facilities - which we use to make both local and deliveries into surrounding counties in relation to our depot locations. Delivery FAQs

We offer delivery via our own transport, covering a range of approximately 50miles from the delivering depot – cost worked out at checkout – please contact us if you are outside of our areas detailed in the delivery section to discuss delivery schedule and costs. You are also welcome to arrange your own transport and collect from us.
We aim to organise your delivery at the earliest possible time, for stocked items this is usually within seven working days but during busier times this may be extended. For non-stocked or special order items an estimated lead time may be given when placing the order.
Not necessarily. If you believe you may not be in at time of delivery, please contact us to organise a safe place to leave your items. However, once the good have been delivered you, ownership and any liabilities from ownership transfers to you.
We have our own fleet of vehicles ranging from our pickups to our 26 ton trucks with integral offload. For smaller orders we operate our Cabstar or Mitsubishi FUSO. It is important you make us aware of any restrictions that may affect your delivery when ordering.
